How to Draw Abs - Form and Motion 腹筋の描き方 - 形と動き https //www.youtube.com/watch?v=OkXqYwonses http //www.proko.com/how-to-draw-abs-form-and-motion/ Hi, welcome to Proko! I m Stan Prokopenko. This is Part 2 of Drawing the Abs. Make sure to watch Part 1 where we learn about the anatomical structure of the abs. Now let s move on to Form. A classic idealization of the abs in profile resembles the letter B. It starts with an upward plane bulging outward over the ribs. Then it curves back in until it hits the 40 oz. Sometimes you ll see a flatter vertical plane here, sometimes it will keep curving inward, but usually it will be recessed in some way before the 40 oz bulges outward and then back in toward pelvis. Sometimes instead of a B, you ll see the letter C. One flowing curve from the rib cage to the pelvis. The shape will change depending on genetics, lifestyle, or whether the person is flexing or relaxing. When drawing females, you can play up a violin shape in the abdomen, keeping all of the transitions graceful and round. Also, on females you re much less likely to see a clear 6-pack in a relaxed pose. It s possible, just less likely. I touched on it before, but I want to remind you about how the abs modify the appearance of the thoracic arch. 09 59 And before I continue, I want to clarify how I use these 3 words. Skeletal Arch is the shape created by the bones and cartilage of the rib cage. Greek Arch is the shape created by the bones and top pair of abs (I ll explain this in a second). Thoracic Arch is either one of these - whichever is seen on the surface of the body you re drawing. Ok, let s talk about the Greek Arch. The top pair of abs starts above the skeletal arch and ends below. So, the form of this top pair will cover the top border of the rib cage. It softens the sharp skeletal arch of the ribs into the slightly lower and rounder greek arch. Here s a great example of a skeletal arch. And here s an example of a greek arch. When you see this curve on a greek sculpture, that s the bottom border of the top pair of abs, not the border of the rib cage. The main clue that gives this away is the location of the xiphoid. On the skeleton the xiphoid is located below the sternum and below the corner of the skeletal arch. That would place the skeletal arch here on this sculpture. This line has to be the abs. Of course, how the body is twisted and bent will affect the form of the abs as well. When you bend forward by flexing the abs, they will shorten and inflate. Here it is on a model. Allowing gravity to continue the forward bend farther bunches the abs like an accordion. Depending on how deep the bend is, the skin will start to fold and cover up the forms of the abs around the level of the belly button. During extension, the muscle and fat stretch and flatten out. The form of the abs is thinned and wrapped over the rib cage, causing bony landmarks like the skeletal arch to become more visible. Lateral bending won t affect the abs much, just curving them a bit. Finally, inhaling fills the lungs causing the abdomen to protrude. Exhaling slims the abdomen, but anyone who s ever taken a gym selfie knows that. It s not just exhaling that slims the waist. When you suck in your stomach, that s mostly the transversus abdominis muscle, which we ll go over in the premium episode "Belly Buttons and More". Your assignment for this week is to do some quick sketches of models in various poses. Make sure to focus on the motion and form of the abs. Sometimes to show the forms, it might make sense to indicate some tone. But don t go overboard. The assignment is not to spend hours rendering a single pose. It s to do a lot of quick studies. Sometimes an indication of a core shadow with the right shape and edge will be enough to indicate the form. If you re new to shading, skip it for this exercise since it will be a distraction. Credits Alright that s it! Thanks for watching and thanks for being a Premium member. All your support makes these videos possible, and if you re enjoying this series don t forget to share it with your friends. Thanks again, see you next time!

During the past two years, ONSC, in coordination with the DHS COOP Working Group, has developed a DHS-wide COOP plan and component-level plans for the 10 DHS Headquarters offices and 12 major organizational elements, creating templates and working side-by-side with COOP planners from each organization. ONSC has also developed a DHS COOP Guidance Manual that outlines DHS COOP policies, procedures, and planning requirements. In addition, ONSC has participated in review sessions during the 2004 Government Accountability Office (GAO) audit of DHS COOP plans, providing assistance to individual COOP planners and documenting areas where improvements were needed. Because COOP plans are living documents, ONSC continues to refine and improve the DHS plans to reflect lessons learned through both training exercises and real-world events. DHS COOP plans are continuously revised and updated to ensure that essential DHS functions will be maintained under all circumstances. Although designed with FEMA in mind, the Plan may also be used as a template to develop guidance and programs throughout the interagency COOP community. As components of the larger Headquarters plan, each headquarters office, administration, and division (O/A/D) has prepared its own COOP implementation plan which parallels the larger plan’s structure while documenting COOP information and activities specific to that O/A/D. This interlocking design enables centralized control by the FEMA Headquarters COOP program, but permits details and changes to be maintained by the O/A/D. ONSC takes the lead in coordinating with each O/A/D on development of its implementation plan. Its responsibilities include ensuring that plans are current, contain all required information, and are consistent with the Headquarters COOP Plan and other implementation plans. This interlocking COOP plan design and process has not only created a viable COOP capability for the FEMA Headquarters facility, but serves as a model for other Departments and Agencies. Over the next year, ONSC will document its processes and lessons learned and make them available for use by all members of the COOP community.

[ROUND 2: CRY FOR THE MOON](月)において流れる曲。 (SS) Dual Moon (ROUND 2 -CRY FOR THE MOON) ZUNTATA LIVE 1998 güten Talk ~AUDIO FILE~ Live at the Moon To use by MZ version, you need the official Plugin "CommonBase.js" plugin to use this plugin. * Stote C \Program Files\KADOKAWA\RPGMZ\dlc\BasicResources\plugins\official * Steam C \Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\RPG Maker MZ\dlc\BasicResources\plugins\official Summary You will be able to operate the self-switch in batches. You can also use the game-switch to get information on self-switch. Plugin Command for MZ Plugin File:RX_T_SelfSw_BatCtrl ★Self-Switches Click "Events" under "Arguments". When a new window appears, double-click on the blank space next to the numbered field. The event ID, self-switch type, switch state, and map ID are specified respectively. Do this operation as many times as you need. Sorry, but this parameter setting is only available in Japanese due to programmatic reasons... ★Self-SwitchesEX It s a little different from the way the above is set up. Map IDs and event IDs are easier to specify, and self-switch types other than A to D cann be specified (strings of two or more bytes are also possible). However, the self-switch type and switch state cannot be set individually. If you want to initialize the self-switch to a large extent, this may be easier. However, be very careful not to make a mistake in setting up the self-switch, because it is mainly based on keyboard input. ★Get the Self-Switch infos You can store the specified map ID, event ID, and self-switch type status in the specified game switch. It would be useful in a conditional branching event. Plugin Command for MV Example If you want to turn on the self-switch B of events with a map ID of 3, ID 3 to 5, and 7, set up as follows. rx_selfsw 3 3-5 7 B ON Open a space and don t separate them with a comma. The first number is the map ID, the second from the end is the self-switch type, the last is the switch state, and all others are recognized as event IDs. If you set the map ID to 0, it will automatically specify the map ID for the event being edited. Download https //img.atwikiimg.com/www20.atwiki.jp/type74rx-t/attach/266/417/RX_T_SelfSw_BatCtrl.zip

The Couatl is a mythic serpent with feathery wings. They are considered to be sacred in most societies and are known to be powerful mages and priests.
