Birth of international law ウェストファリア条約(英 Peace of Westphalia)or ヴェストファーレン条約(独 Westfälischer Friede) The prevailing view in the study of international law is that it emerged in Europe in the period after the Peace of Westphalia(1648), which concluded the Thirty Years War. In state practice, the year 1648 marking the Peace of Westphalia is considered as a watershed, at least in Europe where a new policital order was created, to be replaced only after the defeat of Napoleon by the Vienna Congress of 1815. There are two key points to answer the question that why the modern birth of international society had begun with Peace of Westphalia. 1 First is clear recognizion of birth of sovereign state. The sovereing state we know today is found in a fall of medieval feudal system in West Europe as absolute sovereign state. 2 Second is the completion of coexistence of sovereign state. In 16th century at West Europe, England and France were about to establish absolute sovereing state. The Peace of Westphalia determined teritories. The Peace of Westphalia virtually demolished the Holy Roman Empire. Regional lords had been recieved sovereingty and recognized as independent nation. The Peace of Westphalia denied universal authority of the Holy Roman Empire and Pope and represented the establsihment of modern sovereing state mean. This is the first time but the international society was found as coexistence of sovereign state at limited area West Europe.

(95p) FLYERS ATTACKING FORTIFICATIONS Flyers may attack fortified targets in the same way as infantry, hitting on 6s with no charge bonus. They may never occupy fortifications and thus if they win a round of combat against troops in fortifications, they may not pursue them for a second round of combat and may either stand their ground, or fall back. The defenders, however, do still have to retreat. Flyers are unique in that they are the only units that can actually attack units stationed in a tower without having to do so from the courtyard or adjoining ramparts. The normal rules for attacking towers still apply though, so the defenders will not retreat and all the missile troops will be able to stand and fire at the attacking flyers. Walls, ramparts and towers are difficult terrain for flying creatures so if they are attacked and lose a round of combat or if they are pushed back they are destroyed. Of course if flyers try to assault fortifications, boiling oil attacks cannot be used against them. CHARACTER MOVEMENT As commanders are too valuable to risk their lives uselessly it is not allowed for them to enter fortress sections unless they are part of a unit. They are allowed to be placed on unoccupied fortress sections or onto sections that are occupied by their own troops. If a character unit on a fortress section is touched by the enemy units it has to join a friendly unit within 30cm. The buildings or the height of the walls do not restrict the movement of the character no matter if it has a flying mount or not. MAGIC In the process of building a fortress in fantasy worlds magic grounding incantations are integrated, antimagic runes are carved in the walls and magic absorbing gems are used. So it is not possible to use magic that crosses the ramparts or walls of a fortress. However, it is allowed to use magic spells on units that are assaulting a wall as well as in a combat that takes place there. So for example an assaulting unit may get extra attacks by “Rage of Chaos” and these extra attacks will stay as explained in the rules even if the unit crosses the ramparts. “Raise Dead” will also work on or even behind the walls of the fortress as long as there is enough room to place the raised unit and the raised unit touches any units in combat.

24/Sep/2010 I scaned through the paper, JCB In this paper PI3Kdelta is required for membrane fission of TGN. In my impression, exactly PI3K delta plays important roles in fission of membrane of TGN. So what? There are a lot of PI3K superfamily. Even though they discover new function of PI3Kdelta, is it new? I don t think so. However they do RNAi and rescue experiments. Pretty reliable. By the way, this paper s author is Tomohiko Taguchi sensei. At first, It seems that PIP3 exists in the stedy state in spine in neuron judging from Jose s paper. However my probe is not able to detect this PIP3 using LY29402 in part because my probe attached to PM and strong binding to PIP3 and LY cannot affect the probe binding to PIP3. So I thought that point mutation of PH domain is gonna be good for me. I gonna take same strategy with Dr. Yasuda, Ras FLIM probe. I refered Lambright s paper in which they describe how much the binding ability of PH domain reduced by the keypoint mutation. I focus on 2 mutation points. One is 279. 279 is important to bind PIP3 but not directly binding. So I can use this mutation. And then I looked 280. 280 is important for binding to 1 position phosphate. Using this, I can reduce binding ability of PH domain to PIP3. David G Lambright 278 279 280 GTG(V)AAG(K)ACC(T) I want to insert mutation as follows. 1. PIP3FLIM probe (K279A) GTG(V)GCG(A)ACC(T) 2. PIP3FLIM probe (T280A) GTG(V)AAG(K)GCC(A) 3.
