MedConの使い方 インストール MedCon website このサイトで、左のコラムにあるDownloadを選択し、win32 versionをDLすればよい。 2009/12/30現在、xmedcon-0.10.5-1-win32.zipというファイルが取得される。 解凍して、setup.exeを実行する。 インストール後に表示されるreadme.txtの要点は、command lineで実行したいなら、\bin\ディレクトリにある実行ファイルにパスを通しておくこと。絶対パスでいうと、 C \Program Files\XMedCon\bin である。 コマンドラインでの使用 そのパスで、medcon.exe -hを実行すると、下記のヘルプファイルが手に入る。 全文は最後に載せるとして、基本的な使い方を書いておきたい。 まず、もっとも単純な使い方は、ヘッダ内容の確認である。 例 medcon -f aaaaaa.v aaaaaa.vというecat7ファイルを開いて、そのヘッダを表示する。 dicomヘッダも表示できるのでなかなかよい。 むしろ、MedConの主な使用目的は、ファイルのコンバートであろう。 例 medcon -c dicom -f *.v ワイルドカードで指定した".v"で終わるファイルをすべて、DICOM形式に変換する。 DICOMは1ボリューム1ファイルなので、いつもの感覚と違うが、スライス数は、(0054,0081) US[1] NumberOfSlices 63 (2 bytes)のタグに入っているようだ。 いつもの1スライス1ファイルにするには、オプションで指定してやればよい。 例 medcon -c dicom -split3d -f *.v 出力形式には以下のものが選べる。 "ascii" = Raw Ascii (.asc) "bin" = Raw Binary (.bin) "acr" = Acr/Nema (.ima) "anlz" = Analyze (.hdr)+(.img) "conc" = Concorde/uPET (.img.hdr) "dicom" = DICOM (.dcm) "ecat6" = CTI ECAT 6 (.img) "ecat7" = CTI ECAT 7 (.v) "gif" = Gif89a (.gif) "intf" = InterFile (.h33)+(.i33) "inw" = INW (RUG) (.im) "nifti" = NIfTI (.nii) "png" = PNG (.png) pngを選択すると、全スライスがpng形式のモノクロ(黒→白)画像で出力される。 ヘルプファイル全文 Usage medcon [options] -f files ... Saiba o que muda com o projeto que será enviado ao Congresso Nacional FNC – O Fundo Nacional de Cultura já existe na atual Rouanet, mas permite apenas doação de 80% do valor do projeto, com 20% de contrapartida. Com a Nova Rouanet, o FNC poderá fazer empréstimos, associar-se a projetos culturais e fazer repasse para fundos municipais e estaduais. Isso permitirá que o Fundo Nacional de Cultura se torne mais atrativo para produtores culturais e se transforme, verdadeiramente, numa alternativa para aqueles que não conseguem captar financiamento via renúncia. Renúncia fiscal – O mecanismo continua existindo, assim como a CNIC (Comissão Nacional de Incentivo à Cultura), que analisa os projetos. A única mudança é que, em vez de apenas ter duas faixas – de 30% e 100% – passa a ter mais quatro – 60%, 70%, 80% e 90%. A lei vai definir quais os critérios serão usados pela CNIC, que, além de analisar aspectos orçamentários do projeto, vai analisar em qual faixa ele se encaixa. O objetivo da mudança é permitir uma maior contribuição das empresas – hoje, de cada R$ 10 investidos pela Rouanet, R$ 9 são públicos – e permitir que projetos com menor atratividade de investimento tenham faixa de renúncia maior. Ficart – O Fundo de Investimento Cultural e Artístico também já existe. No entanto, nunca saiu do papel, por falta de interesse das empresas. A Nova Rouanet vai aumentar a atratividade, com maior dedução fiscal, para que seja uma alternativa atrativa para projetos com grandes chances de retorno financeiro.
